Matthew installed a new whole-house water softening system. Hes fast and efficient and was only here for about two hours. I had a lot of questions and he explained everything I needed to know about the water softener and how to use it. Its been a few days since Ive had my new water softening system installed, and already I can tell the difference in my laundry when I wash clothes and the bathtub water is clear. Our water heater started leaking and was due for replacement right before we were leaving on a trip. They came out same day and replaced our water heater. Matthew did a great job! We will use them again.

Starting with my call to Erica who was the nicest scheduler I ever had to visit with and then Mathew who was so upfront and honest about my RO system telling me its been a couple of years but he suggested we wait until next year for filter changes. Many plumbers would just go ahead and change them out to make a buck. I appreciated both very much. This was a great experience for me. I appreciate good communication and honest services. 5+ stars

Spencer and his team at Steadfast Plumbing recently installed a water softener & filtration system at my 23 year old house and it was a complicated set up. They were able to get it done in a timely manner and were courteous while at my home. Now that it's done, we can tell a big difference in our water. Prior to the new system, we had been getting some dark circles at the water line in our toilets. We tried cleaning with different chemicals, cleaning more frequently, new brushes, tablets, etc. and nothing worked. Now the water line is gone and the toilets look good as new! He also maintained our R/O system, and our water is consistently delicious!! Highly recommend.

He was on time, and kind, and worked quickly, and the price was very reasonable too. What I really appreciated is that they recommended toilet options that felt like the perfect balance, because theyre good quality that will last but still reasonably priced. I love feeling confident that I got a great product for the money and wont be second guessing it later. We also used them last week for a clogged tub, and even though I dont remember that plumbers name, he was great too, and everything went smoothly. Both experiences were professional and easy, and just really positive overall. Im in Encanterra, in Queen Creek. Our waterline from the street sprung a leak, and was sending expensive water down the sewer! Steadfast came out immediately. (within an hour of my calling them) and came up with a great solution. The leak was very close to where they would install a pressure reduction valve anyway, so they proposed that we install that, on the piece of pipe that already had a leak in it. This is a great solution because its just a little bit more than fixing the leak, but gives me an insurance policy, going forward that high pressure wont cause leaks in my house. Very happy to recommend them Great service and a great customer engagement

They fixed up my kitchen sink, drain, disposal, and installed a faucet. They had to clean up the mess another plumber left. Steadfast had really good communication with me calling on the way to my house. The quote was really fast and dome by the plumber on the spot after he listed to my request and inspected the work to be done. The quote was more than I expected but in the end it is a fair price for several hours of work. Yes I will call Steadfast again.

I had come up on my 1yr anniversary for my RO system and my original installer (different company) wasn't responding to my requests to get the filter changed, so I contacted Steadfast and they came out the same day to inspect it free of charge, and actually said the filter still had a good 6mths to maybe a year left on it, so there was no need to replace it yet. A friend told me to call them after another company, Johns Plumbing & Heating, tried to tell me I needed a new head on my water softener for almost $1,300. We have used Steadfast Plumbing for years. Their service is always outstanding and they have a quick turnaround. Pricing is very reasonable and straight forward - no hidden fees. They even replaced a water heater for me when it broke unexpectedly while I was in the hospital. The owner, Spencer, is a great guy who prides himself on taking care of his customers. Matthew completed our recent water softener installation two days ago and we are quite pleased. He showed up on time, was respectful of our home, cleaned up after himself and answered all my questions. There is no other company we would trust with our home plumbing and water needs than Steadfast Plumbing.

The other day I was walking by our water tank I noticed water in the catch basin. It was early pm so I called Steadfast immediately. Got the owner on the phone and as before he was helpful and got a Technician to come and check out my concern!. I needed to replace the system. He gave me a good price and said he would take out old system. and go back to the office to get a new one . The technician was great and easy to work with and did a great cleanup. I couldnt have asked for a better outcome . I will always use Steadfast for plumbing needs. If you want great service from a group focused on customer service call them.
